MYyachtcrew was asked to look for a CREW/SOUS CHEF for a 60m private M/Y that has the occasional charter
They are followed by a large chase boat.
Itinerary: Pacific, Philippines, Indonesia, maybe Japan, Southeast Asia and so on.
Location: Remote Pacific
Start date: ASAP
Requirements:
-STCW 2010, ENG1, Food & Hygiëne level 3
-Ships cooks certificate preferred
-Culinary trained ideally, high end restaurant experience would also be welcome.
-Cuisines from Mediterranean to Asian and just wholesome, good food.
-Longevity and commitment is very important and so are your past references
-You must be passionate about cooking and flavours and be able to cater to a multicultural crew. They want a nice spread and be spoiled.
-We are after an enthousiast team player, a great right hand to the talented head chefs and even be willing to help out on deck if needed.
Someone active with a flexible and positive attitude.
-Excellent eye for detail and well organised.
-Male candidates only please due to cabin arrangements.
Offer:
-Salary DOE + a good yearly increase
