Captain in Spain

Summary

MYyachtcrew is looking for a ROTATIONAL CAPTAIN for a 43m World traveling high performance Sail Yacht.

They will have about 5 weeks of owners usage and a similar amount of charters

This yacht has an exciting itinerary and after a season in the Eastern Mediterranean and Greece a short yard period and a Caribbean season they will possibly go to the Pacific depending on charters.

Start date: Ideally ASAP

Requirements:

-STCW, ENG1, Master 500gt Cayman endorsed. Schengen visa if needed. Diving certification would be a bonus.

-We are after an active and energetic captain who loves sailing as much as the boss does. Someone with great team spirit, communication and managerial skills.

-Most of the very diverse crew have been onboard for a good few years and have been around the globe onboard already. Please only apply if you are willing to commit long term.

-References will all get checked after a successful interview

-The current captain is amazing to work with!

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• Drivers License
• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA CoC Master <500gt / Class 5
