Summary
Magnitude Recruitment are seeking an experienced and professional Masseuse / Housekeeper to join the interior team onboard a prestigious 100m+ busy private motor yacht. This is a dual-role position combining luxury wellness services with high-end housekeeping support, suitable for a service-driven individual accustomed to working within private UHNW environments.
The successful candidate will be confident delivering massage treatments to Owner and guests while maintaining immaculate interior standards alongside the housekeeping team.
Key Requirements
- Recognised massage therapy qualification (e.g. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Aromatherapy or similar)
- Previous experience within yachting, luxury hospitality, spa, or private residence environments
- Strong housekeeping background with exceptional attention to detail
- Valid STCW certification and ENG1 (or equivalent)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Professional presentation with a discreet and calm manner
Massage & Wellness Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality massage and wellness treatments to Owner and guests as requested
- Prepare and maintain the onboard massage area and equipment
- Manage hygiene standards and stock control of massage products
- Adapt treatments to individual guest preferences and schedules
- Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion at all times
Housekeeping Responsibilities
- Support the interior team with daily housekeeping duties
- Clean and maintain guest cabins, bathrooms, and interior spaces to a five-star standard
- Assist with turn-downs, detailing, and preparation for Owner and guest use
- Support laundry operations when required, including care of fine garments and linens
- Assist with inventories, linen management, and interior stores
