Summary
Magnitude Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Stewardess to join the interior team onboard a prestigious 100m+ private motor yacht. This role is service-focused and suited to a confident interior professional with strong hospitality skills and experience delivering exceptional guest service within a private, luxury yacht environment
The successful candidate will be guest-facing, detail-orientated, and able to maintain impeccable service standards while working seamlessly within a large interior team.

Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Stewardess on large yachts or luxury cruise ships
- Strong silver service, food and beverage, and guest interaction skills
- Excellent understanding of five-star service standards and etiquette
- Valid STCW certification and ENG1 (or equivalent)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Professional appearance, confident manner, and discreet approach
Service Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level guest service for Owner and guests throughout the day
- Set up and deliver breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail service to a five-star standard
- Provide silver service, wine service, and table presentation
- Assist with bar service, drink preparation, and service areas
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas, pantries, and guest spaces
Interior Support Duties
- Assist with interior setup for Owner trips and guest functions
- Support housekeeping and laundry teams when required
- Assist with inventory management, silverware care, and interior stores
- Participate in turn-downs and guest cabin preparation as needed
