Winch Yacht Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Bosun to join this 80m+ Private MY at the beginning of March. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years yachting experience, and must be abler to show longevity onboard vessels of a similar size. You must be comfortable in all mooring operations both forward and aft, and be a solid tender driver in all types of tenders with guests onboard. Painting knowledge must be of a high calibre, and your product knowledge must be top notch to. We are looking for someone who can lead a large team of deck crew effortlessly, but at the same time someone who can follow simple instructions from the higher ranks onboard without any complaining. This is not a couples position, so please do not apply if you are part of a couple looking as you will unfortunately not be considered for this role. The captain has made it clear that they want someone long term onboard, so please do not apply if you re only looking for something short term.
