Summary
We are currently seeking a Permanent Female Chef to join a 60m Private Motor Yacht.
The role requires a culinary professional who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and service onboard. The ideal candidate will bring innovative menu designs, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation while accommodating diverse dietary requirements. The Head Chef will lead the galley, manage inventory, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests onboard. Healthy and nutritious food for both guests and crew will be the ideal chef. You will have the support of a Galley hand that will be serving a dual role of Stewardess and Galley hand.
The plan for the vessel is to head to the Middle East in march 2026 for a couple of months and return to the Mediterranean the end of April. The vessel will finish it season in October and winter in Italy for a 3-4 months.

Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, particularly in the yacht or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and dietary restrictions
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Understanding of inventory management and kitchen safety regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to live and work onboard for extended periods
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Ships Cook certificate
Package:
- Salary: €8,500
- Leave: 60 - 90 days paid per year
