***Future rotation: 6:6 (rotation to commence post new-build delivery in July)

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Engineer to join a high-end private sailing program. The yacht is currently operating in the Caribbean, with a 108ft sailing yacht new build under construction in Europe, scheduled for delivery in July. Once the new build is operational, the position will transition into a rotational role.
This is a role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys performance sailing, thrives in a small, close-knit crew, and understands the mentality of a true sailing yacht rather than a large superyacht. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, practical, and proactive, with a calm and professional approach. A strong team ethic and a positive, balanced onboard lifestyle are essential
Qualifications and requirements:
• Minimum of 3+ seasons sailing yacht experience on similar size vessels (mandatory)
• AEC 1 & 2 min
• Proven experience as Sole Engineer on sailing yachts
• Comfortable supporting sailing operations when required
• Sporty, active, and happy to sail
• Flexible, adaptable team player
• Excellent, checkable references
Package:
• Rotation anticipated to be 6:6 once new build is delivered (post-July)
• Salary: DOE
