TYS Recruitment is seeking an experienced, confident rotational 2nd Stewardess to join a 67m private motor yacht.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a 2nd Stewardess or be a strong Senior Stewardess ready to step up on a similar sized vessel. You will be highly confident in formal plated service, well organised, and able to take initiative without ego. Comfortable working around children is essential, as the program centres around a family with children. Candidates should enjoy family environments and understand the balance between refined service and child-friendly interactions. Fluent English is required, though native-level proficiency is not essential, and the program is open to candidates from around the world with solid references and a long-term mindset.
From May and June, the vessel will be docked in Monaco, before cruising Venice, Montenegro, and Croatia throughout July and August. In September, the yacht returns to Monaco. Winter cruising typically consists of a family holiday in the Caribbean for a few weeks. From 2027 onwards, the program is expected to run with approximately two months of summer usage and shorter winter trips in the Caribbean.
The vessel has an incredible, close-knit crew, so a positive, outgoing personality and the ability to seamlessly fit into this team are essential. The crew values teamwork and a willingness to go the extra mile, and they all enjoy taking part in activities off the boat as a team when time allows.
