Summary
TYS Recruitment is seeking professional Stewardesses to join a stunning 65m+ private yacht. This is a unique, highly structured program centred entirely around a lovely, family-oriented family with five children (ages 3–14). The owners are seasoned yachties who value a disciplined, regimented schedule and a "family-first" atmosphere.
The Itinerary
- Early Summer: Monaco
- Peak Summer: Cruising Venice, Montenegro, and Croatia.
- Winter: Caribbean season.
The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking candidates who have successfully completed their first year in the industry and are now seeking a stable, long-term home.
- Experience: 1 year of yachting experience is essential. You should be fully confident in laundry and housekeeping and ready to rotate into service.
- While there are nannies on board, the owners want a crew that genuinely enjoys the presence of children. Previous experience as a Nanny, Teacher, or Childminder is a significant bonus. You should be happy to engage, play, and maintain positive energy around the kids.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of yachting experience.
- Fluent English
- Valid STCW & ENG1.
Package
- Salary: €3,500 DOE.
- Rotation: 3:1 rotation.
- Extras: A training allowance is provided; economy flights are included.
