Summary
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Bosun for a 45m+ motor yacht.
We are seeking a hardworking, knowledgeable, and professional Bosun. The role is predominately deck based; however, the successful candidate will be expected to hold navigational watch duties.
Open to male and female candidates
Requirements & Responsibilities
· Yacht Master Offshore certification & Yacht Rating
· ECDIS
· PWC Instructor
· Minimum 1 year proven Bosun experience
· Charter experience is advantageous
· Large tender/chase boat driving experience
· Watersports experience
· Assist in the overall running of the deck department
· Oversee all deck operations, including tender driving, water sports, and guest services
· Great organisation skills
· Strong leadership and communication skills
Start date: 19 February
Location: Caribbean
Salary: EUR 4500
Leave: 60 days
Vessel and itinerary – Private/Charter vessel. Dual Season operations.
