Summary
We are recruiting a Deckhand for a well-established 100m+ motor yacht operating on a largely charter-focused programme. This is a fast-paced, busy vessel with extensive guest interaction and an exciting itinerary.
They are currently in the Caribbean, mid busy charter season, after this they will return the med for B2B chartering
You will be joining a 33 strong crew -Deck team structure: CO, 2nd, 3rd, Bosun, Lead Deckhand + 6 Deckhands
The Ideal Candidate
- Fit, active, sporty individual – fitness is a big focus onboard
- Minimum 1 year charter experience preferred
- Able to hit the ground running on a busy charter vessel-
- YMO not required but ideal
- B1B2 and Schengen in hand
- Strong guest interaction skills
- Enthusiastic about watersports and using a wide range of toys
Salary: €3,000
Leave: 75 days per year
