We are recruiting a confident Deckhand to join a highly successful Charter yacht with a busy programme
You will be joining a team of 5 on deck. They are a Fun, professional team who work hard and enjoy the job. Solid leadership onboard with experienced senior officers.
They are currently in the Caribbean finishing off charters and owner trips. The med 2026 season is already shaping up to look busy
The Ideal Candidate
- Yachtmaster Offshore in hand (1+ year experience)
- Strong watersports experience – confident running sessions
- PWCI preferred + towing experience
- Confident driving larger tenders
- Proven charter / guest-facing experience essential
- B1/B2 visa in hand, Schengen preferred
- Solid all-round deck skills and a positive attitude

Salary: USD 4,000
Leave: 60 days
Training budget: €2,000
