The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an experienced and capable 3rd Officer to join an established 80m+ private and charter yacht. This role offers a balanced operational split of approximately 70% deck and 30% bridge, making it ideal for an officer who enjoys maintaining strong deck involvement while continuing to build bridge experience. The successful candidate will be professional, confident and comfortable working within a structured bridge and deck team on a busy charter programme.
