The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a Deckhand to join a busy Mediterranean programme on a 80M+ private yacht. This role is ideal for someone who has experience working on 60m+ yachts who is confident communicating professionally with both owners and crew. The successful candidate will be looking to commit long-term, and comfortable working within a large deck team on a very active cruising itinerary. The owners are onboard for much of the summer season while not demanding, this requires a consistently professional, guest-aware approach at all times.
