Overview
We are seeking a calm, professional Chef to join a private 120’ program with a live aboard American owner.
The yacht operates with 6 full-time crew and is based year-round in Baker’s Bay, with high but manageable owner usage.
The owner lives alone 90% of the time. He prefers individually well-plated meals only (never family-style) and does not eat dessert unless he is hosting guests. Clean and healthy cuisine with creativity in the combination of the ingredients and presentation of the food. Gluten free and dairy free cuisine knowledge is a must.
The program is consistent, copy-and-paste in nature, and not adventurous, making this role perfect for someone who enjoys a slower, steady, and predictable pace in an exclusive and mostly private island.
Crew enjoy access to some of the marina facilities in Baker’s Bay, including the pool, jacuzzi, and gym.
Florida-based preferred but not essential. The vessel will be in the Mediterranean for the summer 2026 season.

Role Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of yachting experience
