Summary

• 50m Dual season Private/Charter yacht are seeking a Female Bosun – due to cabin arrangements, you will be sharing with a Female deckhand

• Start date 19^th February 2026

• This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run, past paced yacht with excellent charter program in busy back-to-back seasons

• Med/Caribbean cruising

• They are looking for an experienced candidate with ideally 1+ years’ experience as Bosun on similar size yachts

• Would consider a lead hand from larger yachts with strong references and a solid skillset  

• Must be confident in running a small team, confident driving tenders and able to oversee the daily operations on a busy yacht

• Great team, excellent longevity, and a lovely working environment with a good owner

• Yachtmaster & Yacht rating required – you will be given additional responsibility with navigational watches when necessary

• PWC instructor preferred, large tender driving experience and a solid grasp of watersports operations

• On offer is a salary of 4500 Euros, 60 days leave, even split of the excellent tips, good training allowance towards courses – TBD during initial calls

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Yacht Rating Certificate
• MCA Able Seafarer Deck Certificate
