Summary
A South of France based MY is looking for a long term male chef to join their team.
This is a one season yacht with private use only.
The Owner and family can be on board for extended periods of time over the summer with the season starting in May for a long weekend and then from mid June, running through until the end of August.
The Chef should preferably come from a restaurant background, and the Captain will consider candidates without prior yachting experience.
The Owner has very particular tastes so the chef needs to be adaptable and be able to deal well under pressure.
Varied, healthy and well planned crew food is also essential.
This is a permanent position and is an ideal opportunity for someone who already lives in the South of France, however winter periods will include other work on deck/interior as needed, not just in the galley.
