Summary
A South of France based MY is looking for a long term male chef to join their team.
This is a one season yacht with private use only.
The Owner and family can be on board for extended periods of time over the summer with the season starting in May for a long weekend and then from mid June, running through until the end of August.
The Chef should have a minimum of two years in the industry and preferably come from a restaurant background.
The Owner has very particular tastes so the chef needs to be adaptable and be able to deal well under pressure.
This is a permanent position with the possibility to be on retainer for four months over the winter, and is an ideal opportunity for someone who already lives in the South of France.
