We are seeking a motivated and professional Deck/OOW to join an exceptional 100m+ new-build yacht operating a dual-season programme. This is a highly organised, well-supported, and professionally run operation with excellent working conditions and a strong, positive onboard culture. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, fitness-oriented and team-focused, with a healthy mindset and no ego. You will be happy working in a Deck/OOW capacity, taking direction well and contributing positively to a multi-national crew environment. This role offers excellent long-term potential, with regular salary reviews, performance bonuses, and genuine investment in crew development
