The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Lead Housekeeper to join a 100m+ private yacht. This is a senior interior role, reporting directly to the Chief Stewardess, with responsibility for supervising five interior team members, including the Laundry and Spa departments. The successful candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail, a strong sense of ownership, and a comprehensive understanding of housekeeping product knowledge, with particular focus on the protection and maintenance of delicate surfaces throughout the vessel. This role requires confident leadership, clear communication, and the ability to maintain consistently high standards within a structured, professional interior programme.
- Required experience: Previous experience as a Lead Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeper
- Qualification: STCW, ENG1, Vaccination Certificates, Seaman's book, PSDS, Food Safety and Hygiene L3
- Required Visa: Schengen Visa (if applicable)
