We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Deckhand to join a reputable 90m private/charter MY with a fun and active programme
The season will be a mix of charters and owner trips based in the Caribbean before crossing back over to the med. They feature a very active style programme with watersports, swimming, Beach set ups, and guest activities — looking for someone energetic who can keep up with a fun, hands-on environment.
Role Requirements:
- Lead Deckhand from a 50m+ programme of a Senior deckhand on a similar size ready to step up
- Minimum 2-3 + years yachting experience
- RYA Yachtmaster required (Yacht Rating a bonus)
- Confident tender driving essential
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties in hand
- B1/B2 Visa (minimum 6 months validity)
Package Includes:
