Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and professional Rotational Chief Stewardess / Purser to join a 66m private Motor Yacht.
Minimum requirements:
- Eng 1 (or equivalent)
- Basic and refresher STCW certs
- Food / Hygiene level 2
- Drivers licence (ability to drive)
- Passport (at least 6 months to expiry)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- strong leadership / management skills
- Team player
- non smoker / e cigarettes
Highly desirable:
- Yacht Purser course
- Any other extra courses completed to improve / build skills, (Table scaping, Floristry, massage, Yoga instructor etc)
- Good working knowledge of Voly (accounting software), Pinpoint works, Deep blue
- Good sense of humour

The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail a guest focused mindset, be a team player, have a positive attitude and have strong management, and administration experience.
You should be highly organised and have a deep sense of professional pride, and eagerness to build a well trained and high performing team.
This will be an admin heavy role, so previous experience as Chief Stew / Purser is essential as you will be required to undertake many administrative tasks and delegate effectively while ensuring the interior is maintained to the highest levels.
You should be highly competent in the use of the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, power point etc) as a minimum, but also able to demonstrate experience with vessel administration, accounting, Port clearance, managing crew movements, immigration, purchasing, provisioning, managing budgets, creating interior worklists, writing SOP's, project management, recruitment etc. while leading and training the interior team in all all aspects of their role.
Any extra courses undertaken to improve / build skills ie. Yacht Purser course, Table scaping, Floristry, Massage, Yoga instructor, etc will be viewed positively.
You will be required to work closely with the the Captain, management, and all other HoD's, therefore, good clear spoken and written communication skills are essential.
