Private US-flagged program seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess for a light-use yacht based in North Palm Beach (near Jupiter). Operations are primarily day and evening cruises, with short Bahamas trips only (weekend or a few days). No long passages.
Crew of 5–6 full-time. Chief Stew will be sole interior most of the time, with a 2nd stew hired for owner trips. The yacht is completing a major interior refit, and the incoming stew must be ready to hit the ground running—inventorying, dressing, and setting up the interior to a high standard.
Owners are hospitality industry veterans who have built well-known restaurants across the USA.

- Mrs is warm, bubbly, and loves to entertain, especially hosting dinner parties onboard.
Seeking a Chief Stew who can shine and sparkle—naturally gregarious, fun, and engaging, with a great sense of humor, yet refined and intuitive, able to read the room and adjust energy up or down seamlessly.
Owner use: approx. 5 days per month, with downtime between trips—ideal for a proactive self-starter.
