Summary
Seeking a experienced Deckhand with great attitude and strong work ethic. Vessel is 50m, private and based in Fort Lauderdale with trips to the Bahamas.
Vessel would ideally like a deckhand who is strong enough to promote into Bosun role within a year or so of joining.
Requirements:
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- STCW.
- ENG-1.
- Discharge book.
- Small powerboat/ribmaster or RYA powerboat level II.
- Male.
Compensation package:
- Monthly salary $4,000.
- Annual bonus.
- Christmas bonus.
- Salary reviews annually in May.
- Healthcare.
- 38 days paid leave.
- Days off in lieu at captain’s discretion.
- Training time and funding after one year of service.
