Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bosun for a 51m motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean Sea, with its homeport in Spain.
In this permanent position, you will be responsible for leading the deck team, ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of the vessel’s exterior, and managing deck operations during both docked and cruising periods.
Your role will involve supervising the maintenance of equipment, overseeing safety protocols, and coordinating daily tasks among the crew. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in similar roles, strong leadership capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of yacht operations and safety regulations.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will have good tender skills and hold a Yachtmaster qualification. This is a classic vessel and requires a hands-on Bosun. There are no jet skis onboard and limited watersports.
