Summary

We are seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a 51m motor yacht based in Spain, with a permanent position available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all interior operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and cleanliness throughout the vessel.

Key duties include overseeing a team of interior staff, coordinating guest services, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining the overall presentation of the yacht.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Candidates should possess relevant experience in luxury hospitality or yachting, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A valid STCW certification and a valid ENG1 medical certificate are mandatory. This position offers the opportunity to work in the Mediterranean, contributing to a high standard of service for guests onboard.
