Captain / Engineer – 25m Riva Motor Yacht (Charter)
Location: Mediterranean / Caribbean (Antigua)

Salary: €5,000+ per month
Leave: 38 days annually + potential additional leave around shipping period
We are seeking an experienced Captain/Engineer to take command of a brand-new 25.29m Riva motor yacht operating as a high-end charter vessel.
Launched in April 2025, this immaculate yacht offers luxury accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 cabins and has been built to an exceptionally high specification, with no compromises on quality, fixtures, or finish. The owners are experienced superyacht owners who run this vessel purely as a commercial operation and expect a first-class standard of service, presentation, and professionalism at all times.
The Program
- Dual-season charter yacht (Med / Caribbean)
- Approximately 50 charter days already completed with excellent feedback and tips
- Back-to-back charter operation
- Shipping to Antigua via Dockwise mid–late October
- Owners may join for a short trip once per season only
Crew Structure
- 3 crew total: Captain/Engineer, Chef/Deck, Stewardess
- Mixed nationalities onboard
- The Captain must be native English-speaking (no French or Italian)
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Captain/Engineer on similar-sized vessels
- Proven background on reputable charter programs
- Yachtmaster Offshore (Commercially Endorsed) or higher
- Not a promotion role – experienced Captains only
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service
Package
- Salary: €6,000+ per month (DOE)
- 38 days annual leave
- Potential for additional leave either side of the Dockwise shipping period
