Captain | 34m New-Build Riva | Private | Florida / Bahamas Based Programme
We are seeking a professional and discreet Captain to join a 112ft (34m) new-build Riva for a private programme based in Florida upon delivery.
The programme will initially complete a Med season and then for winter 2026 focus on short local trips with regular cruising to the Bahamas, so strong regional knowledge is essential.
The owner is kind, family-oriented, and extremely private, with children onboard regularly. A calm, personable, and highly discreet approach is key.
Requirements
- Master 500GT (or strong 200GT with proven 30–35m command time)
- New-build or recent delivery experience
- Excellent Bahamas knowledge
- Confident with short trips and family use
- Exceptionally discreet and professional
- Comfortable working around children
- Florida-based or open to relocating
- Happy with live-off arrangements
Start
- ASAP, with delivery scheduled for 15 June
- Salary: 10,000+ USD DOE
- Retainer possible through launch
