We are seeking an experienced and polished Guest Services professional, ideally with a background as a Chief Stewardess or Purser, to join a high-performing team supporting a prominent UHNW family across multiple international properties. This is a unique opportunity for someone with experience in high-end hospitality, estate management, or yachting who thrives in fast-paced, luxury environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate operations and VVIP service across global residences
- Work closely with Executive Assistants, property managers, and event planners
- Plan and execute private dinners, high-profile events, and special functions
- Manage guest logistics, including travel, drivers, bookings, and special requests
- Deliver seamless service across diverse cultural and international settings
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess, Purser, or in a similar high-end hospitality role
- Cruise ship or luxury yacht experience is a plus
- Highly organized, confident, and discreet
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Italian, Portuguese) advantageous
- Schengen or B1/B2 Visa preferred
This is an active, hands-on role requiring adaptability, professionalism, and a commitment to creating exceptional experiences for high-profile clients.
