We are looking for Deckhands for a 90m private motor yacht with an incredible world cruising Itinerary
This is a high-calibre yacht with excellent standards, strong crew culture, and a clear focus on training, longevity, and crew development.
The yacht travels extensively, offering excellent sea time and exposure to remote and exciting cruising grounds- the yacht is currently exploring Asia.
The Role
This is an Ideal role for candidates with additional skills seeking a world-travelling programme
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience on 60m+ yachts
- Ideally holding Yacht Rating or YMO
- Comfortable operating in remote locations and extensive travel
- Confident with all general deck duties and maintenance
- Tender driving experience (8m+ tenders and RIBs)
- Watersports, sailing, or diving experience is highly regarded
- Drone, photography, or media production skills advantageous

- Salary: EUR Discussed at Interview
- Rotation: 90 Days in total organising into a rotational structure of 4.5:1.5
