We are working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sole Engineer to join a well-run private and charter 34m MY based in Mallorca
The yacht runs a busy single season with a mix of private and charter trip from March to October.
The owners are excellent with a lot of care for the yacht and its crew. They enjoy an active lifestyle
The Role – Sole Engineer
Key Requirements:
- Y3 or EOOW Unlimited
- Strong PMS experience (essential)
- Organised with a good eye for detail
- Must be Mallorca-based and living locally
- Excellent guest interaction skills
- A keen interest in Golf or Cycling would match the crew vibe well
During the season, the role becomes deck-supportive, assisting with:
- Washdowns and teak scrubs
- Anchoring operations
- Aft deck and guest operations when required
The ideal candidate is proactive, practical, and a genuine team player with a strong guest-facing attitude.
Package
- Salary: €6,000 + DOE
- Leave: 44 days including flag state holidays
- Tips: Shared equally – historically strong
