The individual must be self-motivated, very clean, trustworthy and flexible, work well with others, be a good listener and team player. Good provisioning skills, nicely plated meals, healthy choices. Someone that truly loves to cook.
Good longevity, willing to commit for about 7 months (Feb- July 2026). Opportunity to stay longer. Culinary trained or culinary qualifications/ courses.
Responsibilities: Cooking all meals for owners, guests and crew. Keeping Galley, Clean and organized, well provisioned.
Crew meals: lunch and dinner
Guest meals: Owners are Americans, they like American cuisine, seafood, midwestern food. One owner is Gluten free and one kid is peanut free.
Breakfast, lunch, hors d'œuvres, and dinner.
Salary: Within yachting guidelines, medical, flights/ leave to be finalized during interview process.
Crew has a monthly base salary + 200 USD per day in tips while owners are on board. There are 4 owners and each of one uses the boat 1 month per year.
Plus there will be 2-3 charters per year.
Package: Flights, Paid time off, Health Insurance to be finalized during interview/hiring process.
