Summary

Executive Chef rotational required for this beautiful 100m private yacht.

At least five years + working as a Chef onboard yachts (60m+) and at least two as a Head Chef. Longevity is key. Only those with fantastic references (character and work ability) will be considered. Said references will be WELL vetted.

This vessel operates with a busy schedule and runs with a team of three in the galley, and often increased to four in times of need. One Chef is on night duties, to keep good organisation and look after mise-en-place and provide a proficient handover for the following day. Candidates must be exceptionally organised, well able to keep accounts for their own department, and be proficient in sourcing / provisioning. The yacht has good standing relationships with quality suppliers. Shoreside support is provided when required. Executive Chef will oversee the entire galley space, and storage onboard - dry and cold. Excellent hygiene is of the utmost importance.

Computer literacy is vital.

Fantastic crew, from the top down. Nice owners, who love their yacht and enjoy entertaining guests onboard.

Applicants should boast confidence and incredible skills and wide portfolios in an array of cuisine types. Delicious fare with beautiful artistic style. Must have professional culinary training and have the certificates to prove it.

No big egos. The galley works as a harmonious team. There is no space for a "non-team player." It's a hard-working yacht, so a great sense of humour and fantastic work ethic is a must.

Candidates must be male, due to cabin arrangement. Economy flights provided, unless arriving into a guest on phase, in which case flights are upgraded to ensure maximum rest ahead of rotation.

Competitive bonus package offered.

Salary to be discussed at interview stages.

Trial at owner's residence is compulsory. This trial will be paid at a daily rate.

Start date onboard following a successful trial, will be by Feb 10th. Trial must happen asap.

All essential certificates and visas must be valid and in good order.
