Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Sole Chef to join a Private/Charter M/Y currently in South Pacific. Because the vessel often operates in remote cruising areas, the Chef must be highly organised and capable of planning menus and provisioning efficiently. The role involves preparing nutritious, well-balanced meals for the crew, with a particular emphasis on Mediterranean-style cuisine to suit the owner’s preferences, while remaining adaptable to a variety of culinary styles. The Chef is also expected to maintain a consistently clean galley and cabin, demonstrate a calm and professional attitude and communicate clearly and respectfully with fellow crew members. Excellent references are essential and proven longevity is valued.
