Chief Engineer in Spain

Summary

We are looking for a Chief Engineer for a 37m+ Private S/Y.

-Rotational position (2:2) to start ASAP in mainland Spain.

-Itinerary: Cruising the Med for the Summer, winter TBC.

-Candidates should have minimum Y4 license in hand.

-You should be happy to assist on deck when needed.

-Experience on sailing vessels is essential.

-Total of 6 mixed nationality crew on board.

-Should be fluent in English.

-Non-smoking vessel.

-Seamans Discharge Book and Schengen visa is required for non-EU passport holders.

Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y4 Chief Engineer (<200gt <1500kW)/ EOOW III/1 (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
