Chief Officer 3000 with 3 - 5 years' experience in Yachting. 

B1/B2 (min. 1 year until exp.)

ENG1 (min. 1 year until exp.)

Cayman Islands Endorsement and Discharge Book

ECDIS with Transas type rating

Medical PIC (option)

SSO (option)

Strong bridge/navigation and deck experience 

Excellent leadership skills - leads by example with respect and encouragement.

Good Mentor

Good communicator - positive reinforcement - trainer

Administrative skills

Outgoing and professional demeanor

Friendly and happy personality

Active, proactive, energetic.

PREFERENCES: non smoker, no visible tattoos, fit and healthy lifestyle. Light drinkers.

Responsibilities: 2nd in command. In charge of deck crew and all crew when captain is away. Bridge management, ISM, MLC compliant regulations, training and leading deck crew. Managing paperwork, audits, etc. Charter quality performance.
