Needed to cover the Chief Mate position for around 1 month.

January 15 - February 12. Location South Florida - MUST commit to this entire time please.

License: Chief Mate 3000

Requirements: Experience as Chief Mate on 50m + for minimum 3 years.

Passport min. 6 months

US or B1/B2 - minimum 6 months

STCW + Refresher as needed

medical fit for duty/ ENG 1 (min. 6 months validity)

Strong management skills

ISM - commercial experience

Leads by example

Bridge and Deck experience

Leads by example - with respect, mentor.

Easy going personality

Job specifics: Chief Officer duties. Accounts, paper work, bridge work, deck leadership skills. 

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA CoC Chief Mate <3000gt
