We are seeking a skilled deckhand with a robust engineering background to join a new build 41m yacht in Italy. In this permanent position, you will lead a deck crew of three while collaborating closely with the Chief Engineer to ensure the efficient operation of advanced technical systems, including dual Caterpillar C32 engines. Your responsibilities will encompass managing electrical and electronic equipment, particularly in audio-visual and air conditioning systems. The yacht is equipped with a Saxdor 320 outboard chase boat and a full array of water toys, such as jet skis and efoils. The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to both deck and engineering duties, contributing to the overall performance and maintenance of the vessel while cruising the Mediterranean Sea.
