Summary

We are looking for a skilled Chief Steward(ess) to join the crew of a new 41m super yacht, set to begin its inaugural season in the Mediterranean on March 1, 2026. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the interior operations, ensuring impeccable service standards and the maintenance of a pristine environment. Key responsibilities include leading the interior team, upholding high levels of cleanliness and presentation, and coordinating personalized guest services for both charter and private clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar position on luxury yachts, strong leadership abilities, and a meticulous eye for detail. A proactive approach and commitment to excellence in guest experiences are essential. This position offers a competitive monthly salary of €6,000 and is based in Malta, with opportunities to participate in major boat shows across Europe.

• G.U.E.S.T IV Purser CoC Yacht Chief Steward(ess)

Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET ®) Qualifications

• WSET Award in Spirits Level 1
• WSET Award in Wines Level 1

Food & Hygiene Qualifications

• Food Hygiene (HABC Level 2)
• UKHSE Management of Food Safety in Catering
