We are seeking a skilled Deckhand to join our team aboard a new 41-meter vessel based in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the deck, assisting with navigation, and supporting the crew during various operations. Daily tasks will include handling mooring lines, ensuring the proper functioning of deck equipment, and participating in routine maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork abilities, a proactive attitude, and relevant experience in deck operations. A commitment to safety protocols and excellent communication skills are essential. This is a permanent position with a crew of nine, operating primarily in the Mediterranean Sea and homeported in Malta. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic working environment and a commitment to high standards of service and professionalism.
