Your role will be wonderfully varied, combining interior responsibilities with fresh, healthy Mediterranean‑style cooking, with a particular focus on fish and simple, flavourful dishes. The owners enjoy clean, nutritious meals, leaving plenty of room for creativity across different cuisines. You’ll also get involved on deck when needed, making this a great fit for someone who enjoys being hands‑on and part of a tight-knit team.
