We are recruiting a Chief Stew to join a well-run 80m private motor yacht with long-standing, active American owners and an exciting dual-season cruising itinerary. (B1B2 ESSENTIAL)

Rotation: 2:2
Salary: USD 8,000
Bonus: Excellent owner bonus, equivalent to a 13th month
The Role:
- Hands-on Chief Stewardess role, combining service and interior management
- Strong focus on leadership, training, and team development
- Involvement in guest-facing service as well as admin and organisation
