We’re recruiting an experienced Chief Stewardess to lead a strong interior team on a 22-crew yacht cruising worldwide, often off the beaten track. This is a dual-season programme with a mix of private and charter, offering variety, pace, and a genuinely rewarding onboard environment.
We’re looking for a confident, engaging leader with excellent service standards and a calm, professional presence. The right candidate will set the tone for a warm, welcoming guest experience, while running a well-structured, efficient interior department. Owners value discretion, attention to detail, and positive crew culture.
