Bespoke Crew is seeking an experienced, confident, and career-driven Chief Stewardess for a beautifully run 60m private motor yacht. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about developing and nurturing a strong interior team.
The Role:
You will oversee an established interior department of five, leading by example and maintaining a calm, structured, and supportive environment. The owners value professionalism, warmth, and high standards, and the team onboard reflects this with great longevity and a genuinely positive crew culture.
Itinerary:
The yacht is currently in France undergoing yard works before heading to Spain for the remainder of the winter. The vessel typically runs a dual-season programme, offering a balanced and engaging itinerary.
