We are excited to be recruiting an exceptional Head of Service for one of the industry’s most prestigious charter programmes. This is a rare opportunity to lead a top-tier interior team on a 110+m motor yacht renowned for its flawless service standards and extraordinary guest experiences.
As Head of Service, you will:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing interior team, ensuring world-class service at all times.
- Oversee daily operations for both private and charter guests, maintaining seamless service flow.
- Exceed guest expectations with meticulous attention to detail and a warm, professional approach.
- Collaborate closely with other department heads to ensure operational excellence.
- Foster a positive, motivated work environment, supporting the development and wellbeing of your team.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a senior service role on large motor yachts (100m+ preferred).
- Proven leadership skills managing large interior teams in busy charter programmes.
- Impeccable attention to detail, calm under pressure, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
