Summary

Looking for a CHEF specialized in JAPANESE Cuisine

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety Japanese food utilizing traditional recipes and techniques
  • Design customized menus based on guests' preferences
  • Ensure the highest level of presentation and quality in all food served
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and innovative concepts

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Japanese cuisine, preferably in luxury villas or high-end dining establishments
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional cooking methods, spices, and ingredients
