Summary
CHIEF STEWARDESS – 70m+ Motor Yacht
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly professional Chief Stewardess to join a motor yacht over 70 metres, operating on a private/charter program.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Chief Stewardess role on large yachts (60m+), with strong leadership skills and a refined approach to service, organisation, and guest care.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as Chief Stewardess on yachts 60m+
- Excellent knowledge of high-end service standards (silver service, fine dining, wine & table setup)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage a large interior team
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and discretion
- Confident in guest interaction and owner liaison
- Valid B1/B2 visa (mandatory)
- Fluent English (additional languages an advantage)
- STCW, ENG1 mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the interior department
- Managing service, housekeeping, inventories, and budgets
- Maintaining exceptional standards throughout guest areas
- Ensuring seamless guest experience in coordination with Captain and HODs
- Upholding safety, compliance, and professionalism at all times
