Summary
We are now recruiting for a permanent Chef to join a 50m+ Private M/Y | Start Date: February
Must have a minimum of 2 years industry experience including charter experience;
Must be confident in delivering a wide range of cuisines;
Able to adapt to dietary requirements and changing guest preferences;
Must have excellent knowledge of Mediterranean provisioning and suppliers;
Highly organised in the galley with strong stock control and ordering systems;
Must be a proactive, team player;
Strong references.
LOA: 50m+

Itinerary: Med (Single Season)
Monthly Salary: 8,000 EUR DOE
Contract Type: Permanent
Annual Leave: Approximately 6 months onboard per year, with the majority of winter off
