The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a female Sole Chef with a valid B1/B2 visa to join a very busy and well-run 40M+ dual-season charter yacht. The vessel averages 15 -16 weeks of charter per year. A large galley for the size of the yacht!!
The yacht runs with 9 crew who are relaxed, down-to-earth, and ego-free. The atmosphere onboard is positive, supportive, and team-oriented, with a strong crew culture. The programme maintains a professional, non-party environment, contributing to a mature and balanced crew environment.
A full interior refit was completed in 2022, leaving the interior fresh and modern. Crew longevity is strong, and the yacht rewards commitment with a 13th-month bonus after one year.
The yacht features a spacious, well-equipped galley, offering an excellent space for a chef who values both creativity and efficiency.
We are looking for a passionate and versatile chef who can produce high-quality, nutritious crew meals while also delivering exceptional cuisine for charter guests. Solid charter experience is required, along with the ability to cater to a variety of dietary needs and culinary styles.
