Deck/Engineer in Sint Maarten

Summary

We are seeking an experienced dual role deck engineer to join a 30m SY currently in the Caribbean. Sailing experience is a must, this yacht frequently takes part in regattas so racing experience a bonus. Idea candidate will hold a YM Offshore and possess strong engineering skills, including AEC1 and AEC2 certifications, with a proven track record in maintaining and operating yachts of a similar size. Responsibilities include overseeing the vessel's mechanical and rig systems, conducting regular maintenance, and ensuring safety and efficiency during charters and regattas. This permanent position offers a dual season program with numerous charter opportunities and regattas. Start date ASAP, ideally by mid February.

Essential requirements: AEC 1&2. YM Offshore. Sailing experience.
