Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engineer to join a 30m sailing yacht based in Sint Maarten. The ideal candidate will possess strong engineering skills, including AEC1 and AEC2 certifications, and have a proven track record in maintaining and operating yachts of a similar size. Responsibilities include overseeing the vessel's mechanical and rig systems, conducting regular maintenance, and ensuring safety and efficiency during charters and regattas. The role requires a candidate who is also a capable sailor, as participation in sailing operations is essential. This permanent position offers a dual season program with numerous charter opportunities and regattas. The start date for this role is December 28, 2025.
