Summary
We are seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a 36m motor yacht , dual season , presently in the Caribbean The successful candidate will possess exceptional high-end service skills and demonstrate effective communication across all departments. Responsibilities include overseeing the interior team, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall aesthetic and functionality of the interior spaces. Candidates should have charter experience and excellent references, with British as a first language or outstanding fluency. A B1/B2 visa is preferred, and familiarity with the Caribbean region is advantageous. The position is permanent, and the ideal candidate will be available immediately. Note that this role involves sharing a cabin with another stewardess.
